BORIS is designed specifically to your business therefore we assign a team of people to your account that know your system; including an Implementation Manager to guide you through the build and onboarding journey with comprehensive training support, and an Account Manager to support you into the future.


Technical support

Our Technical Support Team are always on hand to help if you have any issues or queries with your system, you can contact them by email or discuss your system over the phone.

Alternatively we provide a ticketing system to manage any technical enquiries, simply log in and create a ticket to request support from our technical team. Using our system you can see who is assigned to your ticket, how it is progressing and you will be notified when any updates are available.
