Dynamic resource planning and job scheduling by skills, certificates and location
A dynamic scheduler that only offers operatives with the right certificates, such as PASMA or IPAF, and suggests the best person for each job based on location and existing workload.

What is the BORIS Resource Planner?
The BORIS Resource Planner suggests the best person for each job using attribute-driven matching: skills such as fire door installation or fire risk assessment, certifications such as DBS checks and NHS qualifications, and regional preferences.
Must-have skills can be flagged so only qualified people are offered for critical work. If a job needs PASMA or IPAF-certified engineers, only certified engineers are presented for allocation. BORIS also checks the jobs each operative already has booked, so suggestions balance workload as well as travel, and every job appears on a weekly calendar, colour-coded by status.

Frequently asked questions
Can I stop unqualified staff being booked on a job?
Yes. Mark a skill or certificate such as PASMA or IPAF as must-have and the planner only presents operatives who hold it.
How does BORIS decide who to suggest?
BORIS looks at where each qualified operative is based and the jobs already in their diary, then suggests the best fit, cutting travel and keeping workload even.
Who manages skills and certifications?
Administrators control every user’s skills, certifications and preferences from the user setup panel.
